The safety of a steel building depends on production quality. In our factory every stage from raw material to shipment is recorded and monitored with quality control points.
Our production lines
- Cold-rolled C and Z profile line (0.8 – 3 mm)
- CNC plasma and laser cutting, press brake
- Robotic and certified-welder welding stations
- Hot-dip galvanising and electrostatic powder coating
- Sandwich panel line (rock wool and PIR core)
Quality control
Incoming steel sheet and profiles are accepted with certified manufacturer documents. Welds go through visual and, where needed, ultrasonic testing, and fasteners are shipped with torque control. The manufacturing file of every building is archived with its serial number.
Our certificates
Our EN 1090-1 conformity certificate for structural steel components, ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety certificates are published on the Documents page.
Factory visit
We invite our customers and dealers to tour our factory by appointment. You can see the production lines, the quality laboratory and the show homes in the showroom in person. During the visit our engineers review your project and give preliminary information on the spot.
Traceability
Each building's steel batch, welder and paint batch records are kept by serial number; during the warranty period the relevant production record can be reached in any problem. This traceability provides confidence for customers and official inspections alike.
