Çatkı Steel Structures began in 2003 when three mechanical engineers in Gebze produced site containers in a 1,200 square-metre workshop. We delivered 46 containers in the first year; since then our customers' needs have taken us into prefabricated homes, tiny houses, light steel villas and industrial steel halls.

Today, in our 36,000 square-metre factory, our 210 employees produce more than 600 structures a year. Our cold-rolled profile line, CNC plasma cutting, robotic welding and electrostatic painting lines after galvanising are in-house, so we directly control quality and delivery time.

R&D and the future

Our engineering team develops new modular products every year: in the last two years we launched an energy-efficient passive house package, a roof system with integrated solar panels and a quickly demountable site camp container. Our goal is to meet half of the factory's energy need with rooftop solar by 2028 and to cut production waste by 40%.
