When making your purchase decision you need to know the delivery, installation and warranty terms in advance. The terms below apply to standard delivery; for special projects they are stated separately in the contract.
Site preparation
The ground where the building will sit is prepared with a foundation (raft, strip or anchored pile) in line with the structural design. Foundation works are done by the customer or, optionally, by us. The ground must be level and reachable by a road the installation vehicles can enter.
Delivery and installation times
- Containers and tiny houses: 1 – 2 days delivery, installation the same day
- 60 – 120 m² prefabricated homes: 5 – 12 working days installation
- Steel hall (500 m²): 4 – 6 weeks installation
Warranty
A 2-year warranty is given for the product (facade, joinery, paint, plumbing) and 10 years for the steel load-bearing system. The warranty does not cover misuse, natural disasters or unauthorised alterations. Maintenance advice is given in writing at handover.
Permits and legal process
For permanent buildings, zoning legislation applies to building permits and occupancy certificates; we offer structural and architectural design support during the permit process.
Maintenance advice
We recommend checking facade joints, roof screws and gutters once a year. Painted surfaces can be washed with mild detergent; if scratched or paint-damaged, they should be repaired with touch-up paint. The filters of heating and cooling units should be cleaned every three months. A maintenance calendar is given in writing at handover.
