Containers take 10 – 14 working days, tiny houses 5 – 6 weeks, 60 – 120 m² prefabricated homes 6 – 10 weeks, a steel hall (500 m²) 10 weeks and a light steel villa about 14 weeks. Times may change in busy periods; the firm schedule is written in the quote.

List prices are factory-gate building prices. Delivery and installation are quoted separately according to location. Our price calculator shows an approximate total including installation (12%) and estimated delivery.

A building permit is required for permanent structures tied to a foundation. A time-limited permit may be enough for temporary uses such as container site offices. We provide structural and architectural design support during the permit process.

All our permanent buildings are designed by structural calculation according to TBDY 2018. Light steel systems are much lighter than reinforced concrete, which reduces seismic forces. The project is adapted to the region's seismic hazard and soil class.

A written warranty of 2 years is given for the product (facade, joinery, plumbing, paint) and 10 years for the steel load-bearing system. Warranty conditions are on the Delivery, Installation and Warranty Terms page.

It is usually 30% down payment at order, 40% during production and 30% at shipment. For corporate projects, letter of credit, cheque and guarantee letter options can be discussed.

Yes. Thanks to modular design, enlargement with extra modules is possible; the building can be dismantled and re-erected on other land. If you plan to enlarge, the foundation and services are prepared accordingly at the start.

Yes. We export container and prefabricated buildings to the Balkans, the Middle East and Africa. CE documents, packing and customs processes for export are managed by us.
